Entrepreneurial Time Out
Today, I came across a little video on the internet that packs a big punch. It’s called the 5.75 Questions you’ve Been Avoiding and it’s by Michael Bungay Stainer. What I loved was the time-out it gave me to stop and consider some thought-provoking questions that were big and delicious. (There’s a jaunty jazz track in the background too.) Take a break yourself right now, put your feet up and check it out. Write the questions down and spend some time thinking about them this week. To Michael’s list, add the following:
1. What is already in place that supports me in my entrepreneurial wellness?
2. When it comes to my overall wellness, what am I pretending not to know?
3. What (and who) makes my heart sing that I have forgotten about lately?
4. When it comes to my wellness, when would NOW be a good time to make some changes?
And send a post to let us know some other questions you are inspired to add…

What can I do to learn more about Wellness?
To that end, I would like to add that starting with your book has been great. Erica-you really have a gift. Thank you for sharing!
What questions am I asking, right now?
When times are good, I enjoy listening to my inner dialogue celebrate and narrate the observations of my heart. When times are tough, I notice that I forget to listen to the quality of my inner questions. Your leadership reminds me to ask better questions and to stay true to myself. This morning’s reflection time on your blog reminds me to also LISTEN to the answers I am giving myself, to LOOK at the positive outcomes in my current life as answers from previously asked questions and to gently open up my ears to hear the little voice that is asking questions right now in current challenges.
Thank you, Erica, for your thoughtful and rich Blog. The wonderful resources you point to and the “good news” you share lifts my spirit and calls me back to myself.
I so glad I found your site. I am in desperate need of a wellness coach - more like a wellness drill sergeant. I hope to visit frequently.
